They are called stickers, so of course they SHOULD stick. Flake stickers use die cut washi paper with sticky glue on the back, covered by a plastic backing. To use the flake stickers: peel the backing off and stick the sticker to a surface of your choice.
Peeling the backing off can sometimes be a challenge, but crafty people have all found their favourite way to do it! Check out various YouTube posts for great ideas... but personally, I like to use the edge of a thin plastic sheet used as the backing of most sticker sheets.
But, I totally understand and sympathise why many people are confused and have expressed their concerns, due to their bad experience of getting flake stickers that don't stick.
