POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
- FREE Tracked Insured Shipping for all Australian orders over $60.00 (not including shipping cost or Coupon discounts)
- All paid orders received by 12pm will usually be posted same day, or next business day.
- Delivery within Australia is normally between 2 - 6 business days, but please refer to Australia Post website for latest shipping updates and Terms & Conditions.
- Untracked orders start at $7.00

- All international orders will be posted as International Standard Air with tracking and Australia Post transit insurance.

EXPRESS POST:

REFUND AND MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
Washi Tape Australia will refund customers with 100% money back guarantee if they are not satisfied with any of the products they have purchased from us. Simply return all unwanted items for refund on those items subject to the conditions below:
Conditions: For full money back guarantee, please ensure that the items are returned within 30 days. The items need to be returned in the same near new condition as they were posted from Washi Tape Australia to the customer, or with minimal usage of faulty washi tapes. Planners, Notebooks and Journals must be returned unused and sealed for any refund.
The refunded amount does not include any costs related to Import duties, taxes, and customs charges.
Please keep safe the tracking number and Australia Post receipt of proof of lodgement. In the event the returned items are lost or damaged in transit, Washi Tape Australia will need proof of lodgement of returned items to make a claim against Australia Post.

DISCLAIMER:
Although all care is taken in packing items prior to shipping, Washi Tape Australia will not be held responsible, nor replace or refund orders delayed, lost, damaged or stolen whilst in transit. However, we will contact Carrier company and request investigation if order has a tracking number.
If order has a tracking number, then it usually is covered by transit insurance for loss or damage by Australia Post or the Carrier.
We will usually send items in their original packaging whenever possible, but for untracked shipping orders, we reserve the right to remove some items from their packaging, and re-pack them with due care, so as to pass the great shipping savings to you.
Washi Tape Australia will not be held responsible for any shipment delays incurred by Australia Post.
The Express Post delivery timeframe will commence from when order is collected by a courier, posted over the counter at an Australia Post retail outlet, or dropped off in a yellow street post box by Washi Tape Australia.
Shipping will only be done when payment for the order has cleared into our bank account.
For International shipping, Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, Washi Tape Australia does not accept liability for any consequential or indirect loss or damage arising due to any failure related to our products and service.
Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, Washi Tape Australia reserves its right, in its sole discretion to cancel any order (in full or in part) and refund all monies owing to the customer.
Washi Tape Australia reserves the right to use any carrier to transport the orders to our customers, but predominantly we use Australia Post. Please refer to the Australia Post Terms and Conditions relating to their shipping services.
Washi Tape Australia product photos are used to represent as close to as possible the products on sale. However, on rare occasions there may be slight variations to colours, contents and designs (in particular of sets of products) due to different batches from supplier, as well as lighting used for photography purposes.
